Site Protection & Preparation – Protect floors and surrounding areas with coverings and dust barriers prior to commencement.

Demolition & Removal – Safely dismantle and remove all existing bathroom fixtures, finishes and linings.

Wall Repairs & Preparation – Install new wall sheeting (Blue boards) or render surfaces to create a suitable base for tiling.

Plumbing & Electrical Installation – Complete all plumbing and electrical connections for bathroom fixtures.

Waterproofing Application – Install waterproof membrane systems with AS.

Tiling Installation – Lay and finish floor and wall tiling with grout and silicone.

Most bathroom renovations take 3 to 5 weeks depending on scope, waterproofing curing times and any structural changes required.

Is waterproofing included and compliant?+

Yes. We complete floor preparation, bedding and waterproofing to Australian Standards as part of every wet area renovation.

Do you handle plumbing and electrical?+

Yes. Plumbing and electrical fit-out, fixture installation and all licensed trade coordination are included in our scope.

What is the difference between the Silver and Gold packages?+

The Silver package covers a complete standard renovation including waterproofing, tiling, painting, plumbing and electrical from $17,000. The Gold package includes everything in Silver plus a custom shower screen, full wall tiling with grout and silicone, and a final detailing and quality assurance inspection, from $22,000.

Can you renovate my laundry as well?+
